1. Nature of Service

KundaliBabaji ("we", "us", "our") provides Vedic Jyotish (astrology) reports based on Swiss Ephemeris calculations and classical Vedic astrology principles. Our reports include birth chart analysis, dasha predictions, yoga and dosha identification, and personalised remedies.

Astrology is a spiritual and philosophical system. Our reports are intended for:

Personal self-reflection and spiritual guidance
Understanding character traits and life tendencies
Exploring Vedic wisdom in context of your birth chart

Our reports are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or relationship counselling.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

By purchasing a KundaliBabaji report, you acknowledge and agree that:

Astrological predictions are probabilistic, not guaranteed outcomes
We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our reports
Planetary positions and dasha timelines are calculated to the best of our ability using Swiss Ephemeris (Lahiri Ayanamsa), but minor variations may exist based on exact birth time accuracy
Remedies suggested (gemstones, mantras, rituals) are traditional Vedic recommendations — consult a qualified astrologer or doctor before acting on any health-related advice
KundaliBabaji and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports

3. Accuracy of Birth Data

The accuracy of your Kundali report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth). KundaliBabaji takes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user. We strongly recommend using the exact time from your birth certificate or hospital records.

4. Payment & Pricing

Current price: ₹149 per full Kundali report
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking accepted)
Your card or bank details are never stored on our servers
Prices are subject to change without notice. Existing purchases are honoured at the price paid

5. Refund Policy

⚠ All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.

Because our product is a digital report generated uniquely for your birth data, it cannot be "returned" once created. However, if you experience a technical failure (report not received, generation error), please contact us at support@kundalibabaji.com within 48 hours and we will regenerate your report at no charge.

6. Data Privacy & Storage

When you use KundaliBabaji, we collect and store:

Your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth
Your mobile number (for order association and support)
Payment transaction ID (from Razorpay — we do not store card details)
Your generated report (to allow future re-downloads and email delivery)
IP address and API access logs (for security and fraud prevention)

We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third party. Your birth data is used solely to generate your astrology report. We retain your data for up to 3 years, after which it is deleted from our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports generated by KundaliBabaji are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of our reports. The report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
